Friday
After your arrival at Budapest Airport Liszt Ferenc you transfer to your centrally located hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure, we highly recommend a boat tour at night on the Danube River.
Saturday
Your English-speaking tour guide awaits you at a decent time in the morning and walks you around Gellert Hill on the Buda side, where you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the town, its elegant bridges and the Danube River. The Fisherman´s Bastion and the palace are located here. In the center of the castle district rises the clocktower of Matthias Church. The bus takes you back to the hotel. Enjoy your afternoon and evening on your own, Budapest´s famous coffee shops await you! Or do you prefer a tour of the Parliament building?
Sunday
Today pack your suitcases and check out. Your tour guide picks you up at a decent time in the morning and walks with you to the Jewish Quarter with the Synagogue and the ruin bars. After lunch, our tour guide shows us around the Pest district and its most famous sites such as Heroes Square, the Szechenyi thermal baths and the castle in the park. From here the "Champs Elysées" of Budapest, the Andrassy út, begins. Villas, museums and monuments are lined up on this boulevard. The State Opera is also located here. In the later afternoon, we travel by bus from Budapest to our Vienna hotel (approx. 3-4 hrs.).
Monday
Your tour guide welcomes you to Vienna, a city that is rightly considered one of the most livable cities in the world. The city is both: young and creative, charming and historic. On the bus, you go along the Ringstraße, majestic palaces, theatres, opera houses and the Austrian parliament are lined up on that wide boulevard. The walking tour through the center of town takes you through romantic streets, passing magnificent historic buildings to Vienna's main sights and monuments. You are back at the hotel at lunchtime. At this time, the rest of the Stars of Tomorrow group should have arrived and our regular program of the festival tour can start!
